If you haven't had your eyes tested for 10 years, how do you know what strength of glasses to purchase?
You can but glasses (and contact lenses) from most websites without a prescription, as long as you know the right prescription strength to buy. Glasses Direct for example. You have to know your prescription (to order) but don't have to supply a copy.
But as others have said, go get your eyes tested.

As someone said, if they are just for reading, just walk into a shop and buy a cheap pair. Otherwise, get an eye test. Or is that all part of the anxiety thing?
